Baydöner’s İskender gets its unique taste from crispy pita prepared using traditional methods, carefully cooked beef döner, special tomato sauce, and pure butter. Freshly baked pita is heated in special ovens upon order.​

Our döner is produced in fully integrated facilities under the supervision of expert veterinarians and food engineers, in compliance with Halal and ISO 22000 standards. It is freshly sliced and served straight from the rotating grill in our restaurants.​

Our daily-prepared tomato sauce enhances the layers of flavor in İskender. When our specially crafted butter is poured over the dish with a sizzling "COSS" sound, it creates both a visual feast and an irresistible aroma. Served alongside is our perfectly textured pan yogurt, elevating your İskender experience.​
